Overview
Electronics manufacturing is more than circuit boards. A finished product combines PCBA, enclosure, cables, displays, batteries, firmware, testing and packaging — often from many different suppliers.
We coordinate those suppliers as one project, so you have a single point of contact from component sourcing to the packed, tested product.
What We Can Make
- Complete electronic devices (box build)
- Consumer electronics accessories
- Battery-powered devices
- Control boxes and interface units
- Cable assemblies and harnesses
- Retail-ready packaged products
Materials
Typical bill of materials includes PCBA, plastic or metal enclosures (see injection molding, CNC machining, sheet metal), cables and connectors, batteries, displays, labels and packaging.
Manufacturing Process
- Product & BOM review — full bill of materials and assembly structure.
- Supplier selection for each part family.
- Engineering samples — EVT/DVT style builds to verify design and assembly.
- Pilot run — validate process, test and packaging.
- Production with in-line and final testing.
- Pre-shipment inspection and logistics.
Applications
- Smart-home and wearable products
- Robotics electronics modules
- AI hardware and edge devices
- Educational electronics
- Industrial handheld tools
Quality Control
Quality checks are agreed before production starts and tied to your drawing, sample or specification — not to a generic checklist.
- Incoming checks on critical components
- Functional test of every unit where a test plan is defined
- Burn-in or aging tests when specified
- Final assembly and cosmetic inspection
- Packaging drop / transit considerations
See how we approach inspection across all projects on our quality control overview.
Customization
- Custom firmware loading and configuration
- Branding, labels and serial numbering
- Retail packaging, manuals and inserts
- Certification support documentation (testing done by accredited labs)
Product certifications (for example CE, FCC, UL) are performed by accredited third-party labs. We help coordinate samples and documentation; we do not certify products ourselves.
