Manufacturing Process
- File review — Gerber, drill files, BOM, centroid/pick-and-place, assembly drawing.
- BOM check — availability, lifecycle status, lead times, approved alternates.
- PCB fabrication.
- Component sourcing from authorized or agreed channels.
- Assembly — solder paste, SMT placement, reflow, through-hole, cleaning.
- Inspection & test — visual/AOI, X-ray for BGA where available, functional test with your test plan.
