Who we are

What data we collect

  • Request for Quote form: name, company, business email, country, optional WhatsApp number, project information and any files you upload.
  • Email and WhatsApp: information you choose to send us.
  • Website usage: if you accept analytics cookies, pseudonymous usage data via Google Analytics. Without consent, analytics storage is disabled.
  • Security: a one-way hash derived from your IP address is kept for up to one hour to prevent spam and abuse. We do not store your IP address in our RFQ records.
  • To review and respond to your request and prepare quotations — steps taken at your request prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
  • To protect the website against spam and abuse — legitimate interest.
  • Analytics — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Sharing

To prepare a quotation we may need to share technical information (drawings, specifications, quantities) with manufacturing partners in China. We share only what is needed for the specific part and do not share your contact details with suppliers unless you agree.

Service providers that process data for us: website hosting, email delivery and (with consent) Google Analytics.

Retention

RFQ records and files are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship.

Your rights

Depending on your location (for example under the GDPR or UK GDPR) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Essential cookies are used only for site functionality. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice by clearing the site data in your browser.
